ScienceGuide gaat verder

ScienceGuide staat voor verdieping. Dit is het platform waar de actualiteit en achtergrond elkaar ontmoeten op een inhoudelijke en doordachte wijze. Onder het uitklapteken vind je dus een toelichting, geheugensteun of voetnoot die de redactie of de auteur toevoegt. Dit doen wij om ervoor te zorgen dat wij in onze artikelen grondig en gedetailleerd in kunnen gaan op belangrijke details, zonder de lezer kwijt te raken.

EU-Azië in het HO

14 oktober 2008 | The EU-Asia Higher Education Platform, a European Union sponsored initiative to promote cooperation in higher education between Asian and European countries, is currently being implemented by the EUA with consortium partners DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) and Nuffic. The project has produced a web portal, designed to provide useful information on higher education systems in Europe and Asia.

This initiative compliments a series of completed and ongoing projects that contribute to the development and internationalisation of higher education in both regions. Under the platform, a series of thematic events are being organized across Asia and Europe in 2008-9. Events scheduled for the end of 2008 include the European Higher Education Fair and Symposium in New Delhi, India (12-14 November), a Roundtable on Autonomy, Governance and Management in Hanoi, Vietnam (25-26 November) and a workshop on Doctoral/Graduate Education in Europe and Asia in Beijing China (8-9 December).
