3 augustus 2009 | For the occasion of the conference ‘Towards Knowledge Democracy’, RMNO has published an English translation of its study “Knowledge co-creation: Interaction between science and society: A transdisciplinary approach to complex societal issues”. The Dutch version is also reprinted.
This book, written by Barbara J. Regeer and Joske F.G. Bunders, is a practical guide about ways of developing knowledge, where scientists and societal actors work together on complex issues relevant to society.
“Knowledge co-creation: Interaction between science and society” will be available during the conference Towards Knowledge Democracy (25-27 August, Leiden). It is also possible to order the book now, please send an email request to bureau@rmno.nl. The book is available in an English and a Dutch language version (“KennisCoCreatie – samenspel tussen wetenschap en praktijk”), and is free of charge.
